Pretty random question, but are there any known scenarios that involve the Security Officer fighting an alternate timeline version of himself? Just thought it would be an interesting concept, not sure how it would work though.

Dunno about a fully fleshed out single player scenario. Closest thing I know of would be this. Probably not what you had in mind though.
