It's by an artist named Whirling Death Spike. Wikipedia only crops up the "List of Fictional Music Groups" page with a link to the Marathon 1 page next to it.

I think Wikipedia is providing you with the answer, then. It's a fictional band and the song is made up; compose whatever tune you'd like for it.
