Github is pretty inactive

I made a pull request about a week ago that just did some small cleanup in older code and it hasn't been merged yet. I noticed the last commit was three months ago. I really want to do some cleanup of the old GameWorld code but everyone seems to be MIA.

I’m not ready to merge the isqrt change because we still run on platforms without FPU. I’m open to merging other pull requests if they’re clearly improvements but I won’t be able to get to them right away.
