Missing files that aren't missing

I have someone aiming me about getting the errors for 'make sure that shapes, sounds, map...' but his screenshot checks out. I told him to check the file size but those were fine and I don't know where to go from there. His aim address is 'TranquilityRest' if you want to ask questions or walk him through it directly.

Have you tried deleting your preference file for AO?
