The reason "I LOVE ELK" is so good, though, is due to its influence, not its musical value. At the time of its release nobody had ever heard anything like it. Newer songs, like "Voice of Irons" might be better song-wise, but the sheer originality and timing of "I LOVE ELK" was, and still very much is, incredible.
