Ok... it seems that i am banned for some reason i cannot understand...i have no idea of what the hell i did to deserve a ban and you should atleast recive a message telling you whatever you did wrong...
(Getting an "Address is banned" message whenever i try to connect).

IRC has no concept of a reason for bans, so no, you shouldn't receive such a message. You'd have to ask whoever banned you why they did it. If it wasn't a mistake, I'm sure there was a good reason for it.
