That's the same thing I thought while watching it a few nights ago. I thought it was okay... but you have to admit, that David character was excellent. CG was also outstanding... the story though... was disappointing.


Also, firefly anyone???

In case someone hasn't noticed, the music for the Prometheus trailers is from the Alien trailer.

When Peter Weyland first appears, the music that plays is from Alien. It's in a few places, but one example is 14:26-14:46 when the ship descends toward the planet.

Prometheus is supposed to be a prequel to Alien, which would be the reason for the similarities.
